I am an experienced and flexible therapist who works on both a short and long term basis with clients according to preference and need. I offer counselling which is confidential, creative, non-judgmental and confidential. Counselling can enable you to explore and work through anxieties and problems in a way which may not be possible with a friend or relative. It can bring about change and with it the freedom to live more fully, with more awareness and understanding.

The practice, close to Portobello Road market North Kensington, is within easy reach of Notting Hill and Ladbroke Grove tube stations, numerous central London buses, and most areas of West, North West and central London eg Kensington, Bayswater, Paddington, Marble Arch,Willsden, West Hampstead, Kilburn, to name a few.

Some of the issues I work with are stress, bereavement, depression, addictions, relationships and creativity development.

Some issues do not have a convenient label. It may be you are just feeling confused or that it is hard to cope, or perhaps there is some past experience which is holding you back and needs talking through.

As an experienced world traveller ( a recent solo round-the -world trip visiting 32 countries in 3 years) I also offer a travel counselling service to provide a reflective space to talk through the process, e g how to prepare, stay safe, set personal goals, debrief difficult incidents and deal with issues to do with adjusting to life back at home and what next. I can work with travellers by meeting one-to-one before they leave, or by email and phone while they are travelling. I am also available for families and friends.

I speak French and Spanish and welcome individuals from all backgrounds
